Small Ceramic Tea Light Sculpture - Raku - 2017

This is a small ceramic sculpture made from stoneware clay. It is intended to be a house for a small candle or tea light. Work exhibits unique negative space, which light will shine through. This work has been fired during a Raku process and has a metallic, copper and carbon colored, finish. It is approximately 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 3 inches deep, and weighs 10.4 oz. Signed and dated on the bottom.
