Unique Ceramic Dish - Raku

This is a ceramic dish made from stoneware clay. It has been created using a "draping" soft slab technique, then fired using a Raku process. This work has a beatuiful white crackle glaze on the exterior, along with unique designs and texture. The interior is an unfinished matte "carbon black" color. This dish is not food safe. It is approximately 2 inches tall by 8 1/2 inches wide by 9 inches deep, and weighs 2 lbs. 6.6 oz. There are four velvet feet attached to the foot, to keep the work from scratching a table surface.
